Board in Grant Review Process for April Grant Cycle
Helen’s Hope was thrilled to receive over 50 outstanding proposals for their April 1 grant application deadline. Due to the large number of applicants, the review process has taken longer than expected.
The board is currently in the second phase of the review process, and will be scheduling site visits with select organizations during the months of May and June. All organizations will hear about the Foundation’s decision by July 1st.

Helen’s Hope Foundation sets first grant application deadline
The Helen’s Hope Foundation is excited to be starting their grant application process. On April 1, 2012 grant applications will be due to the Foundation. Grants will be gifted in the summer of 2012.
The Foundation is looking forward to diversifying the organizations they gift to through this grant process. In the past, the Foundation has focused their giving to a few great organizations primarily in New Jersey that the Karl Family had researched and worked with. The new grant cycle will give Helen’s Hope the chance to learn about other organizations that are providing valuable services to underprivileged children in the areas the Foundation now wishes to serve (primarily New York, Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey).
