Mallory Silva

Mallory Silva graduated from Villanova University with a BA in Communication in 2008. During her time at Villanova, Mallory was heavily involved in service activities from working with schools with blind children to heading aspects of the Special Olympics committee (which organized and put on the largest student run Special Olympics games in the US). After graduation, Mallory accepted a position at Best Buddies Delaware, an organization that worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. From 2008 to 2011 Mallory remained with Best Buddies Delaware, although her role evolved throughout her time there. Mallory helped start and run the organizations school programs and adult programs. She also worked as Development Coordinator and helped to organize Best Buddies Delaware’s fundraising events and individual giving campaigns. In 2011 Mallory left Best Buddies to focus her work on Helen’s Hope Foundation.
