In addition to the above grants being funded, Helen’s Hope also created some lasting partnerships in 2020.
- Endowed scholarships were set up at High Meadow School in NY and the Episcopal Academy in PA to support the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts of both institutions.
- A home was purchased for Genesis Hopeful Haven in FL for aged out foster care youth.
2020 Application Information
The Foundation will once again be requesting applications from organizations, as opposed to accepting open applications. Organizations should expect An e-mail in mid July to invite them to apply. Applications will be due by August 15th and all required information will be given in our request e-mail.

Timeline for funding decisions
The Foundation thanks all those who submitted applications for our 2019 funding. We are currently reviewing applications and will be in touch by October regarding site visits or calls as well as requests for additional information. Decisions will be finalized by November 1st.
Foundation to Request Proposals for 2019
After careful consideration, the Foundation has decided to no longer hold an open application process. Starting in summer 2019, Helen’s Hope Foundation will now submit requests for proposals to organizations we have worked with or are interested in working with. If you are contacted by us and interested in applying, your application will be due by August 1st.
